- Acting as the senior legal lead, reporting directly into the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team.
- Drafting and negotiating high‑value commercial and customer contracts.
- Owning stakeholder management across commercial teams and senior leadership.
- Building and embedding legal processes, including contract management systems, to support growth and exit readiness.
- Senior commercial lawyer with experience in PE‑backed scale‑ups and/or businesses that have been through an exit.
- Highly commercial, pragmatic, and solutions‑focused.
- Comfortable multitasking while building legal infrastructure and delivering BAU.
