Our client is a leader in renewable energy and are looking for an experienced corporate/commercial paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis to start ASAP. You will be required to commute to their central London office 3 days per week . On offer is a competitive remuneration package and ongoing opportunities for career development. Responsibilities will include: drafting and proofreading relevant legal documents including commercial agreements, engagement letters, marketing documentation and NDAS; working on corporate transactions drafting transaction and ancillary documentation buyer and seller due diligence carrying out legal research for the team providing general legal support to the team including support on projects for the wider business To be considered for this opportunity you will be an experienced paralegal with 2+ years in a similar capacity gained in a law firm or in-house.
