Our client is a global leader in a rapidly evolving compliance landscape. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Investigator and Case Manager to work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and a global Legal & Compliance team.
Role Overview
As a Senior Investigator & Case Manager, you will play a key role in managing complex investigations and supporting the compliance program across multiple jurisdictions and business lines, including recently acquired entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent, thorough, and timely investigations under the whistleblowing program.
- Manage all aspects of investigations, including intake reviews, interviews, documentation, root cause analysis, and post-case debriefs.
- Oversee the case management system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Support compliance program elements such as anti-bribery, due diligence, risk assessment, training, and communications.
- Engage with key functions like HR, Finance, Internal Audit, and Procurement to foster a strong compliance culture.
- Monitor and adapt to changes in regulatory and policy requirements.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Law, Finance, or other relevant disciplines.
- 7–10 years of compliance experience, preferably with a focus on investigations in top-tier law firms or industrial businesses, including some forensic experience.
- Experience managing compliance or audit programs for international organizations.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, or Mandarin).
Desirable Skills:
- Compliance Integration: Experience merging compliance programs post-M&A activity.
- Generalist Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance approvals, due diligence, training, and digitalization.
