A leading global investment manager is seeking an ambitious Legal Counsel to join its Infrastructure Legal team. This is a rare opportunity to move in-house into a high-performing, transaction-focused environment with exceptional career progression potential.

As Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key part in supporting infrastructure M&A transactions and the ongoing management of a diverse portfolio of assets, with a 30% focus on asset management and portfolio support.

  • Have 3–6 years PQE (flexible).
  • Trained and qualified at a leading private practice firm, or have in-house experience within funds, infrastructure, or private equity.
  • Negotiate and draft a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements.
  • Advise on shareholder arrangements, regulatory matters, and governance.
  • Work closely with top-tier external counsel across major international firms.
