Marsden Interim are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a global PE-backed technology business operating in the hospitals and healthcare sector looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel on an initial 6 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent.
Central London office, hybrid working - 3/2 split.
Reporting to the Head of Legal as an integral member of a small, fast paced team, responsibilities will include:
- Commercial contract drafting and negotiation, B2B technology, SaaS, supply agreements
- Supporting and implementing AI initiatives for legal and the wider business
- Ensuring best practice risk management and governance processes
- Instructing external counsel
