We’re working with a leading global FMCG business to appoint a fluent French-speaking lawyer to join their UK-based legal team on a 3 month interim assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a UK-qualified or French-qualified lawyer (based in the UK) to work on a varied and commercially focused workload within a well-known international brand.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and approving marketing campaign assets.
- Advising on labelling and advertising artwork compliance.
- Drafting and approving consumer promotional terms & conditions.
- Supporting on sponsorship agreements.
- Providing practical, business-focused legal advice to marketing and commercial teams.
About you:
- UK-qualified lawyer or French-qualified lawyer based in the UK with a working knowledge of French Law.
- Experience in commercial contracts and marketing/advertising law.
- FMCG or consumer-facing industry experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and a pragmatic approach.
