Immediate need for a mid-senior Banking & Finance Lawyer to join a highly regarded firm on a short term contract ASAP to provide cover through a peak in workload.
You will work on a variety of banking and finance transactions for their clients including banks, corporate borrowers, fund managers and HNW individuals. With significant involvement on cross-border transactions you will advise on acquisition and real estate financing, hedging, securitization, project and structured financing arrangements.
To be considered for this opportunity you will be 6+ PQE as a guide (no PQE cap) with experience gained in a similar law firm environment. Those with subsequent in-house experience in a banking and finance transaction role are also encouraged to apply.
