We are ideally seeking 4 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitors, required to work in our Fulwood office. The roles are working in the firm’s well-established and supportive Commercial Property team. The successful candidates will enjoy a good volume of middle to high-end work and have a strong reputation across the broad range of commercial property work including sales, acquisitions, banking finance, leasing and asset management.

Responsibilities / Requirements

The ideal candidates will have at least 4 years PQE but candidates with less experience may be considered. It is essential that candidates are confident in handling their own caseload and have a commitment to providing a high-quality client service. The successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The successful candidates should be confident to work in a fast-paced high pressure but friendly environment.

Benefits

Successful candidates will receive an attractive benefits package including a generous salary for their level of experience, 28 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays (this increases with years service) and also an additional 1/2 day leave on their birthday. There is free parking for all staff, free breakfast at the last Friday of every month, casual dress and social events. Salary is dependant on experience.
