Interim Legal Counsel - Prestigious global FMG business - London - Hybrid
Marsden are partnering with this impressive well-known global FMG business who are seeking commercial interim support for an initial 3-6 months. You will work with the UK & Ireland business, advising across a wide range of commercial, advertising, marketing, competition, and procurement matters.
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Advising on marketing campaigns and promotions, including drafting terms and ensuring compliance with advertising regulations.
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements, including procurement and supply chain contracts.
- Providing practical legal advice to sales teams on customer agreements.
- Advising on competition law and related compliance issues.
As a dedicated commercial lawyer with experience in the FMCG sector (or a similar fast-paced consumer environment) you will be offered a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days per week onsite.
