Employment Lawyer - 2+ pqe - 6 month Contract - Leading London Law Firm .

We are currently partnering with a leading law firm that is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join its highly regarded team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.
\n
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 2+ years' PQE to work on a broad range of high-quality employment matters, supporting a diverse client base and collaborating with experienced employment specialists.
\n
The role will involve:
\n
Advising employer clients on a wide range of day-to-day employment law matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, employment contracts, workplace policies, flexible working requests, discrimination issues and family leave rights.
\n
Supporting clients through restructures, redundancies and other workforce change projects.
\n
Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and employment-related disputes.
\n
Advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE transfers and due diligence exercises.
\n
Working closely with clients to provide practical, commercial and risk-focused legal advice; and
\n
Collaborating with colleagues across corporate, commercial and regulatory teams on multidisciplinary matters.
\n
The ideal candidate will have:
\n
A minimum of 2 years' PQE in employment law.
\n
Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
\n
Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
\n
The ability to manage matters with an appropriate degree of autonomy.
\n
A commercial, pragmatic approach and strong client-facing skills.
\n
Experience gained at a recognised law firm or in-house legal team.
\n
