Interim Legal Counsel - Global Technology business - start in February 2026 - £500-£600 per day.
Marsden are partnering with a global business technology solutions company with a diverse product portfolio, seeking interim legal support for 3–6 months, starting in February 2026.
In this role, you will support the UK and European legal teams across a broad range of commercial matters, including hardware, software, services, and general commercial contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements, including procurement and supply chain contracts;
- Advising on sale and supply agreements, distribution and reseller agreements, SLAs, licensing, and IP matters;
- Providing legal guidance to sales teams on customer agreements and commercial arrangements.
This role is ideal for candidates with at least 5 years PQE, a strong commercial legal background, and experience within technology or consumer-facing businesses.
The position is hybrid, with 1–2 days per week onsite in Greater London.
