Our client is a leading FMCG business.
We are partnering with them to secure an interim legal support lawyer for 3–6 months FTC to support the UK & Ireland business across a broad range of commercial, advertising, marketing, competition, and procurement matters.
You will have at least 2 years commercial experience gained in house, preferably within FMCG or a similar sector, and/or within a well regarded private practice firm. Your key responsibilities are likely to include:
- Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements, including procurement and supply chain contracts.
- Providing legal guidance to sales teams on customer agreements.
- Advising on and reviewing marketing initiatives, drafting terms for promotions, and ensuring legal compliance.
- Advising on competition law matters.
You will be offered a competitive salary, benefits and a hybrid working option with 2–3 days per week onsite in Greater London.
