Senior Legal Counsel, EMEA - 7+pqe - London – Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office)

Our client is a leading global data center owner, developer and operator. The European operations are headquartered in London and span over 7 countries.

They seek a Senior Legal Counsel, to report directly to the European GC and be a key member of the regional legal team.

As a confident communicator you will advise on a broad range of corporate, real estate, construction, and project-related matters across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work closely with business leaders, development, finance, and commercial teams to enable growth while managing legal and regulatory risks.

As a self-starter with sound judgment and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth environment, you will have a strong background in corporate real estate or project finance, ideally within the data center, energy, or infrastructure sectors.

Your key responsibilities with the EMEA region are likely to include:

  • providing legal support in development, acquisition, leasing, and projects;
  • advising and negotiating on commercial and corporate transactions and JV, projects, and funding;
  • managing external counsel across multiple jurisdictions;
  • offering support in compliance, governance, and regulatory matters;
