We are working on a strong Legal Counsel opportunity with a well-known international consumer technology business operating at scale across Europe.
This role sits as a dedicated business partner to a key commercial division, supporting a fast-paced, product-led environment across retail, online and partner channels.
The role:
- Broad mix of commercial contracts, including IT and SaaS agreements
- Advising on marketing, promotions and consumer law
- Supporting distribution models, reseller arrangements and competition matters
- Acting as a day-to-day legal contact for sales, marketing and operations
- Contributing to playbooks, templates and process improvements
What they’re looking for:
- ~6–10 PQE (flexible)
- Strong grounding in commercial / technology contracts
- Experience operating in a business-facing, stakeholder-heavy environment
- Someone who can give clear, pragmatic advice
