In House Legal Counsel – Commercial / Technology (Global Business – UK Focus) - London - Hybrid
We are currently working on a Legal Counsel role with a global organisation, supporting their UK business as a key commercial legal partner.
This is a broad, generalist in-house position with strong exposure to revenue-generating teams and strategic projects.
The role:
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial, supplier and customer contracts
- Advising on data protection, competition, consumer and marketing law
- Supporting IT / digital and SaaS agreements
- Working closely with sales, finance and operational stakeholders
- Supporting legal process improvements and governance frameworks

- Qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience
- Ideally some exposure to technology / digital work
- Comfortable working closely with the business and managing stakeholders
