Our client is an impressive growing global tech business.
They seek a Senior Legal Employment Counsel to work with the dynamic legal team in London. You will be a key member of their truly International legal team, working collaboratively with senior leaders and HR teams on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, across the global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical legal advice to senior leadership, HR, and operational teams on a wide spectrum of employment law matters, both in the UK and globally.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures across various jurisdictions.
- Advise on TUPE implications for outsourcing projects, restructuring, and international expansion.
- Support senior leaders in handling employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead and collaborate on employment law aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence.
- Deliver training to HR business partners and managers on key employment law issues.
- Stay informed on legislative and regulatory changes and their impact on the business.
- Manage relationships with external counsel and drive cost-effective legal solutions.
About You:
- You have 6+ years of post-qualification experience in employment law, ideally gained in-house or within a leading law firm.
- You have a strong understanding of both UK and international employment law.
- You are a practical, solution-oriented lawyer with a proven track record of working with senior business leaders.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable handling complex legal issues across multiple jurisdictions.
You will be offered a competitive in-house salary and benefits. You will be able to work on a hybrid basis with only 4 days in the office. This is an exciting time to join this fast-paced space.
