Lancashire Cluster is seeking an HR Assistant to join the HR Team. The role supports day-to-day recruitment, onboarding and payroll for three schools in the cluster, reporting to the Cluster HR Manager.
You will spend time in each school and work flexibly to meet the needs of the cluster’s schools. Ideal candidates will have HR experience, strong communication, and organisational skills, with a commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
