We are seeking a data-driven professional to join our Total Rewards team in this exciting role. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in our world of Total Rewards while actively leveraging your demonstrated analytical capabilities to build and refine tools that deliver deep organisational insights.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Analytical support for Total Rewards including variable pay planning, merit, pay offers, market analysis, governance materials and senior leadership presentations
  • Partnering with Rewards and HR/P&O Analytics teams to improve reporting, identify automation opportunities and support future Total Rewards capabilities
  • Improving consistency, scalability and efficiency of reward processes while building dedicated reward analytics capability
