This is an exciting opportunity to join a 4-year Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician apprenticeship, followed by a final year to complete your Level 4 HTQ qualification, totalling 5 years. You will take part in fantastic training courses and team building events, whilst tackling real challenges and taking on real responsibility. You'll need to be a great team player and communicator, with the motivation to get results and a positive mindset. As a Mars Apprentice you will gain a professional qualification, as well as on the job experience. Salary £21,000 rising on completion of each academic year + annual bonus + benefits

What are we looking for?
- 5 GCSEs Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science, and any other 2 subjects
- A demonstrable interest in Engineering and Leadership
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The desire to learn
- Willing and able to travel to our Melton Mowbray site and Loughborough College
- We require you to be 16+ by the 6th September 2027
- You must not have more than 2 years engineering experience, prior learning, or qualifications higher than an NVQ Level 3 in engineering, On successful completion of the Apprenticeship you will have demonstrated leadership, and the ability to take ownership and accountability for equipment, carry out complex fault diagnosis and repairs and provide technical coaching to others.
