The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 € per year.

You will be responsible for developing and managing the comms plans for the iconic UK&I Mars Snacking portfolio across paid media, content & data to deliver against a variety of KPI's - ranging from reach & brand awareness through to engagement and conversion. You will work with the Regional Media, Brand & Content team and dComm teams as well as local UK&I stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of integrated paid, earned, shared and owned brand plans that comply with all relevant legislation. Your final goal is to ensure driving incremental NSV, via the targeted activities we implement across the UK&I cluster. You will own the UK&I cluster test & learn plan supporting the regional & global test & learn agendas. You will also lead key strategic projects on behalf of the regional media team (e.g. retail media trends, media as a growth lever). You will have the critical responsibility of managing the total A&C budget for the UK&I cluster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellence in Execution - Develops innovative comms (OEP) plans to deliver on brand jobs to be done; leadership of regional/ global workstreams on behalf of UK&I cluster.
  • Navigating Complex Challenges - managing the cluster's perspective within the regional agenda with a particular focus on HFSS; leading and aligning regional/ cluster projects.
  • Creating Collaborative Relationships - working effectively with 3 Portfolio leads to align portfolio trade-offs in working A budget creating a 'voice of one' before seeking regional alignment on adjustments.
  • Delivering Consistent Results - using the regional comms strategies as the base, deliver the UK&I cluster executional comms plans (OEP) to drive Global Communications strategy and improved media contribution/ ROI.
  • Engaging Associates - engaging the whole organisation (cluster, region and global) with great storytelling of our brilliant comms plans, HFSS vision and integrating our agency partners into the business.

  • Exceptional track record of turning media & content investment into growth.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management.
  • Able to create and foster strong relationships internally across different markets and externally with our agency partners.
