Key Responsibilities
- Use quantitative and qualitative diagnosis methods to surface potential skill gaps impacting functional performance and talent pipeline readiness.
- Articulate current and ideal performance based on input from business and senior stakeholders, learners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external experts and thought leaders.
- Assess barriers to ideal performance and specify learning needs and appropriate measures/KPIs.
- Contract resources, including budget, required for solution creation & deployment.
- Represent business stakeholders during the end-to-end process of defining, designing, deploying and program managing learning solutions.
- Build strong working relationships within the Mars University organization.
- Champion the learning agenda and the Mars U vision.
- Collaborate with other Learning Business Partners to seek opportunities for efficiencies.
