In support of Kellanova integration into Workday, this role will be the Subject Matter Expert for designing necessary Rewards solutions to ensure a smooth and successful migration of the Kellanova Associates into Mars Workday. These solutions can include re-designing an existing process, influencing a policy change for easier deployment while aligning all critical stakeholders on the recommended solution.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven track record in project management, ideally within digital or transformation environments
  • Comprehensive process design and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions
  • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders (including senior leaders) without formal authority
  • Experience working cross-functionally across business and technical teams in complex organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to simplify complex topics and drive decisions
  • Digitally savvy, resilient, and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset, emotional intelligence, and a passion for continuous learning
  • Exposure to Rewards, P&O, or people processes is a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Work closely with the P&O Solutions WD Integration Lead, who is the subject matter expert on Workday, to identify the best technical solution that will ensure an efficient process and a great experience.
  • Act as the single point of contact with the Rewards CoE on all WD integration matters, build a strong partnership, gain and sustain the trust to support the CoE in making the decisions we need in service of the integration.
  • Identify workaround solutions when facing unexpected challenges and work closely with the P&O Solutions Lead and the deployment partner (external consultant) to identify the best way forward. Will often need to engage Rewards CoE and other senior stakeholders to get their buy in and support.
  • Stay on top of all change management impact resulting from the integration and ensure we have a plan to address each one of them.
