What are we looking for?
- Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
- Communication: Fluent English verbal and written skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Key responsibilities
- Starting up, shutting down, monitoring, and cleaning equipment.
- Performing basic changeovers, minor repairs, routine checks, and inspections.
- Utilizing basic ancillary equipment and computer programs.
- Collaborate with a shift team of up to 15 associates to achieve targets.
- Be accountable for the performance of several machines and processes.
- Escalate issues appropriately and provide accurate handovers.
- Repair mechanical breakdowns using trained knowledge and experience.
