The predicted salary is between 32500 - 35100 £ per year.

Salary: £32,500 - £35,100 (inclusive of shift allowance) dependent on experience. Performance related company bonus. Rotating shifts: Mon-Fri 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm. Permanent.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
  • Communication: Fluent English verbal and written skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Mindset: Strong safety and quality focus.

Key responsibilities

  • Starting up, shutting down, monitoring, and cleaning equipment.
  • Performing basic changeovers, minor repairs, routine checks, and inspections.
  • Utilizing basic ancillary equipment and computer programs.
  • Collaborate with a shift team of up to 15 associates to achieve targets.
  • Be accountable for the performance of several machines and processes.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and provide accurate handovers.
  • Repair mechanical breakdowns using trained knowledge and experience.
