The Role: We’re looking for a talented Reliability/Maintenance engineer to join our vital factory team. If you’re a hands‑on professional who thrives on delivering continuous improvements of plant mechanical systems ensuring mechanical standards are maintained in a high‑speed production environment, this is your chance to make a significant impact. In this crucial role, you’ll be our go‑to expert to keep abreast of the day‑to‑day technical issues working from the FMOS process within the factory, helping to maintain the individual departments targets in line with business priorities. To continuously improve plant and equipment to world class levels of reliability, availability and safety whilst providing excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:
- Technical capability and hands‑on experience with multiple types of production machines
- Previous experience either in a shift or maintenance technician role
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous process and continuous improvement experience
- Results‑driven individual who excels at problem‑solving, collaborates effectively with others, and can easily prioritise diverse workloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with shift‑based production and maintenance teams to understand and collate any breakdown or reliability issues
- Drive performance improvement projects and cross‑functional improvement meetings weekly
- Creatively identify and make plant improvements, including regularly reviewing planned maintenance schedules for improved effectiveness
- Provide technical advice, problem‑solving assistance and support operational areas, by defining equipment performance requirements and repair specifications
- Drive and support continuous improvement in the business by effectively using root cause analysis
- Coordinate activities with internal customers including maintenance and operations management, engineering, and external contracted resources
- Drive actions and initiatives related to Planned Maintenance Pillar deployment across site
