Mars Melton site seeks a Reliability Electrical & Controls Technician to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing team. You will reduce downtime by preventative maintenance, implement continuous improvement, and lead small-scale projects.

You will work with Rockwell and Schneider control systems, maintain SAP PM records, and collaborate across shifts to resolve issues, plan maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance. A strong background in electrical/control engineering and RCA is required.
