We're looking for a passionate, dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Mars to help provide exceptional customer service; assist customers with their enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent shopping experience is key to our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and offer 360 assistance with orders, returns, and general product information.
