Job Description

This role is an 11-month Maternity Cover.

Brand Identity connects consumers to our brands.

A distinctive and consistent identity is the critical foundation for our brands to be seen, recognized, purchased, and loved.

The Brand Identity team is charged with creating, galvanizing and governing our brand guidelines and valuable distinctive assets.

As the Senior Brand Identity Manager, you will be part of a small but mighty Global Brand Identity & Design team.

You will partner with global and regional marketing leads to set the agenda for design for some of the most well-known snacking brands in the world, lead design projects with our agency partners, overseeing creative excellence of the output, timeline and budget.

In addition to being the global design lead for Dove/Galaxy and TWIX on strategic global brand world initiatives, you will ensure the design for packaging and other touchpoints are executed with excellence and that brand guidelines are properly interpreted in the region.

What are we looking for?

  • Deep expertise in Brand Identity & Design, Design Strategy, Design Execution
  • Significant experience leading design teams within the FMCG industry, either in-house or agency-side
  • A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with the attention to detail needed to bring ideas to life successfully.
  • An effective communicator, skilled at influencing and engaging audiences through clear and compelling written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments and working in ambiguity

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Act as a steward for the Brand Identities of some of the most well-known brands such as M&M’S, advocating and steering work to build iconic brands across the ecosystem, and to preserve the integrity of our distinctive assets with all Design Agency partners.
  • Lead global strategic design initiatives on TWIX, Dove Galaxy and potentially SNICKERS.
  • Lead regional Branding and Packaging initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Act as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement for our brands – driving change in perspectives, ways of working, agency/supplier models and infrastructure.
