Ready to turn every visit into a wow moment? As a Guest Experience Supervisor at the world‑famous M&M’S London Store, you’ll lead from the shop floor, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll support and coach your team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and uphold brand, quality, and food safety standards — all while creating a fun, welcoming, and high-performing environment. Working closely with management, you’ll help bring the magic of M&M’S to life and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
🌟 What will be your responsibilities?
- Drive sales by delivering exceptional guest experiences and championing a “guest comes first” culture in a fun, inclusive environment with a ‘One for All and All for Fun’ mentality
- Lead on the shop floor as MOD, managing guest flow, minimising wait times, ensuring safety, and handling guest and Associate queries
- Support and coach associates on hospitality, product knowledge, selling, and working closely with merchandisers for stock replenishment
- Maintain high visual and product standards, ensuring displays are accurate, fully stocked, and aligned with floor plans
- Bring the brand to life through in-store experiences (e.g., candy wall, sampling, personalisation), while supporting data capture and guest engagement initiatives
