Are you passionate about building brands that truly connect with consumers? As the
Brand & Pet Owner Lead , you'll lead the brand strategy for the North Europe Cluster, bringing global and regional campaigns to life across the cluster, using pet owner insights to deliver seamless, personalized touchpoints that drive awareness, engagement, loyalty, and demand.
Working closely with regional and market teams, you'll bring the brand to life across every touchpoint and deliver measurable business impact.
What are we looking for?
- Comprehensive marketing experience at local, regional, or global level, ideally within a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Solid expertise in brand strategy, media planning, portfolio activation, digital marketing, and CRM.
- Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes across stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strategic leader with a track record of delivering growth and competitive advantage.
- Deep understanding of consumer insights and customer-centric marketing.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Drive sustainable, profitable growth of the Royal Canin brand across the North Europe Cluster.
- Lead the Cluster Brand Strategy using market insights, brand diagnostics, and consumer understanding.
- Manage the A&P budget, ensuring investment effectiveness and strong ROI.
- Track performance against KPIs and optimise plans to achieve business objectives.
What will you do?
- Builds communication strategies and deploys integrated marketing campaigns to create a seamless super premium brand experience- guided by global brand framework and campaigns
- Create impactful pet owner engagement programmes that drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty.
- Partner with Media, Content, D2C, Pet Owner Engagement, and MS&GA teams to deliver seamless, in-market execution.
- Build demand through compelling paid, owned, and earned channel activations that strengthen brand equity and drive growth.
