As our new Site Project Engineer, you will be a vital technical driver behind the design, installation, and execution of high-impact capital projects that keep our high-speed manufacturing sites at the cutting edge.
You will join us as a key active member of our vibrant engineering community, local site technical team, and multi-functional project teams. In this role, you will deploy your technical expertise to successfully deliver projects that provide a competitive advantage to our business, all while collaborating with a passionate team of Associates.
- Safe & Sustainable Delivery: Lead and execute capital projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring every design and installation delivers safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results.
- Rally and engage cross-functional project team members: Encourage them to take proactive ownership of assigned tasks and collaborate effectively to hit milestones.
- Strategic Execution & Growth: Balance multiple priorities, including direct project execution, multi-disciplinary functional support, and continuous self-development to actively grow within the role and the engineering function.
- Compliance Champion: Comply with, reinforce, and champion all site and global safety, security, and environmental policies (HSE) on every project.
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
Experience of hands-on experience in a comparable technical engineering position within fast-paced industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or FMCG is highly preferred.
A deep, foundational/functional understanding of core engineering principles across multiple disciplines (Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction, or Computer/Digital Services) to guide complex site project decisions.
Proven ability to work in team environments, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.
