Key Responsibilities
- Lead Maintenance: Oversee first-line maintenance of production machines
- Identify & Repair: Address mechanical breakdowns on various machinery
- Performance Accountability: Manage the performance of machines and processes
- Use Diagnostic Tools: Identify root causes of mechanical problems
- Coordinate Teams: Manage a small team of operators to achieve targets
- Assist Operators: Support daily production tasks to meet line targets
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing Experience: Minimum 1 year managing and coordinating operators
- Diagnostic Skills: Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues systematically
- Mechanical Proficiency: Skilled in disassembling and reassembling machinery
- Attention to Detail: Essential for identifying faults and ensuring precision
- Commitment to Improvement: Suggest modifications to enhance efficiency and safety
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively to implement improvements and resolve issues

Salary: £41,000-£44,600 (including shift allowance, DOE)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off)
