Mars is seeking a Buildings & Systems Project Engineer for our Melton Mowbray site. You will lead end‑to‑end capital projects, drive site infrastructure strategy, and integrate sustainable technologies and building automation to future‑proof manufacturing capabilities.

You will manage procurement, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and oversee installation, commissioning, and handover to production, while ensuring safety, compliance and strong supplier relationships.
