Location : Paddington (Onsite)

Travel : Occasional UK and international travel to support events

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our VP of Marketing (Chief Growth Officer) and her leadership team in Global Pet Nutrition. This is a varied fast-paced role where you’ll use your organisational skills, clear communication and sound judgment to keep things running smoothly. You’ll be part of a collaborative global EA community and a leadership team shaping the future of our brands.

What are we looking for

• Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational abilities able to prioritise, adapt and stay ahead.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Knowledge of tools like Outlook, Concur, Mobilexpense or Ariba.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally in the UK and internationally.

What will be your key responsibilities

• Executive support: Manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate meetings and act as the first point of contact for the VP.
• Travel & expenses: Plan domestic and international trips, reconcile expenses and process purchase orders.
• Events & coordination: Support onsite and offsite Marketing events including venues logistics and supplier management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders and our global EA community to share best practice and support team effectiveness.
