Reporting into the European Senior Search Manager, the European Paid Search Executive is responsible for operational support within National (Google) Paid Search and Social Paid Search for all European markets. The role will support in National Search activities and analysis as defined by the European Senior Search Manager. The role will provide hands-on operational Google search support for activating and analysing Paid Search and Paid Social Search, and day-to-day Search agency and Mars internal and external deployment communication.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in Google Search / performance marketing
- Experience in project management/coordination
- Experience in managing external agencies/partners
- FMCG and/or digital marketing agency experience is preferred
- Ability to analyse Google Search performance data, interpret & construct straightforward insights
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for cats and dogs would be ideal
- Languages: Fluent English required
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Support the European Senior Search Manager with the day-to-day operationalisation of the PNE National Search strategy for all priority markets.
- Coordinate all operational communication between the National Search agency partner, internal Mars teams (primarily: Brand teams, Media deployment teams, Content team, MGS) and external agency partners (Web development, Strategic Media agency)
- Paid Search: Marketing campaign concept-to-activation coordination.
- Monitor Search performance through provided reporting/tools and contribute to performance optimisation discussions with the agency.
- Light SEO/GEO operational channel support may be required at times (in cooperation with a GEO Manager in the same Search team).
