The EOS program is a multi-year, enterprise-wide business transformation aimed at reimagining end-to-end processes, data models, and technology platforms to drive agility, efficiency, and superior customer and associate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Integration: Lead the integrated program plan across all transformation towers, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, milestones, and value delivery. Act as the single point of orchestration across Digital Core (ERP and Mars/Segment edge capabilities), Digital Growth (CRM & eCommerce), and End-to-End Planning programs, actively managing interdependencies and trade-offs. Establish and maintain a strong program “drumbeat” to drive execution consistency across a 1000+ member global organization.
- Governance & Decision‑Making: Design and operate a best‑in‑class governance model, enabling fast, high‑quality decision‑making at executive and program levels. Facilitate senior stakeholder alignment and ensure clarity of accountabilities across business, technology, and external partners. Lead stage‑gate processes and ensure disciplined adherence to program standards and controls.
- Program Controls & Performance Management: Own program‑wide planning, tracking, and performance management, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and value realization. Implement and continuously improve robust program management frameworks including risk, issue, and dependency management; change control and scope management; integrated planning. Provide clear, actionable reporting and insights to executive leadership, focusing on critical risks, interdependencies, and mitigation actions.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks across all workstreams. Drive a culture of early escalation and rapid resolution of issues. Ensure appropriate risk governance and mitigation strategies are in place across all program layers.
- PMO Capability & Ways of Working: Define and deploy standard methodologies, tools, and ways of working across the program (waterfall, agile, hybrid as appropriate). Build and lead a high‑performing global PMO organization, including capability development and resource planning. Establish best‑in‑class knowledge management practices to ensure reuse, consistency, and scalability.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner closely with senior business and technology leaders to ensure alignment and commitment to program objectives. Oversee strategic vendor and system integrator governance, ensuring performance, accountability, and value delivery. Act as a trusted advisor to the EOS Leadership Team on program health, risks, and strategic decisions.
- Project Management Capacity: Build and manage the EOS Project Management resource pool. Drive consistent and efficient hiring, training and project delivery practices aligned with Mars frameworks.

Job Specifications & Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 15+ years of experience across FMCG or similarly complex global organizations.
- Proven track record leading large-scale, global business transformation programs (multi‑year, multi-workstream).
- Strong experience with ERP/SAP transformations (S/4HANA preferred).
- Experience working outside of PMO (e.g., operations, supply chain, commercial).
- Exposure to Demand or Planning transformations (preferred).
- Demonstrated success in Program strategy, planning, and execution; Governance and operating model design; Leading large, distributed teams.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, including executive-level engagement.
- Strong ability to operate in highly matrixed environments, influencing without direct authority.
