Responsibilities
- 3 days per week clinical (typically across all branches)
- 2 days per week leadership and administrative focus (flexible)
- Hands-on clinical involvement - not a desk-based role
- Oversight of nursing standards and day-to-day operations
- Mentoring and development of nurses at all levels
