Mars The Label seeks a dynamic, detail‑oriented, ambitious PR Assistant to join the marketing team in Bolton. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn hands‑on in a fast‑paced & creative environment and passionate about storytelling and brand visibility in the fashion industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify new talent opportunities across organic social with strong brand & audience alignment
- Assist with outreach, relationship maintenance, and communication across talent & press relations
- Aid with the management of collaborations, e.g. outreach, order fulfilment, check‑ins and reports
- Work alongside the talent team to fulfill the needs of our external PR team to consistently generate high‑quality media coverage (e.g. processing orders, keeping databases up to date and providing tracking info)
- Report on content performance
- Lead industry research into coverage and storytelling opportunities and ensure the PR team is on top of media trends
- Work with our affiliates manager to oversee our community initiative: maintaining relationships, keeping databases up to date, tracking performance and reporting to the wider team
- Create collection lookbooks to distribute to press contacts, talent and internal use
- Keep internal talent and PR databases up to date
- Track influencer performance and assist in reporting ROI, engagement and conversions
- Manage creation of orders, discount codes and affiliate links
- Support influencer campaign launches and seasonal activations
- Assist with influencer event planning and brand trips
Qualifications
- Experience in a brand or PR agency role, or a genuine interest in starting a PR career
- Strong awareness of the talent landscape
- A positive and agile attitude with an ambition to learn
- Strong relationship‑building skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Google Drive
- An eye for storytelling opportunities
