Mars Wrigley Plymouth is seeking a Reliability Technician to join our factory team and support the master plan. You will manage day-to-day electrical issues across the site, working within FMOS processes to align maintenance with production priorities and site targets.
This role focuses on improving equipment reliability and safety to world-class levels, coordinating with Production TLs, and driving continuous improvement through plant enhancements and root-cause analysis.
