The Activity Manager will oversee cross-functional teams to deliver projects within challenging timelines. The role is critical in ensuring delivery of the Drinks & Treats innovation pipeline and other product activities whilst maintaining quality, speed and agility. These projects include new product development, core product optimisation and structural changes such as system/process implementation.
What are we looking for?
- Experience managing and delivering complex projects through cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with experience working with 3rd party suppliers (ideally in food manufacturing).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Highly organized, driven, and a strong problem-solver, with a proactive approach to making things happen.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Oversee projects from brief to market completion across multiple categories.
- Organize and drive cross-functional teams to meet activity objectives and deliverables.
- Serve as a neutral mediator, guiding critical conversations to ensure proper conclusions.
- Manage project timelines, identify critical paths, and solve issues to keep projects on track.
- Share learnings with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Within 3 months, you’ll lead project meetings; by 6 months, motivate teams and understand their impact on the business.
