In our environment, there is plenty of time to allow you to fulfil your role to a high standard.No previous experience in referral ophthalmology is required. We will support your transition into referral work amongst our friendly team. Every nursing team member has come from a general practice background.Key facts:No routine weekend work or late evenings. Hours distributed between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday with one shorter 8am-1pm shiftParticipation required for a calm 1 in 5 on-call rota. Bonus OOH scheme and overtime paid.
