The Role | Responsibilities

  • Publicis Groupe is searching for a talented individual to join the team and our bespoke agency for a globally recognized company known for its iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition across our network and around the globe.
  • This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey.
  • You will help enable the client to future-proof their business, whilst also being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce to create end-to-end PESO experiences.
  • Lead the overall running of accounts, proactively anticipating challenges and ensuring seamless, high-quality client service across multiple client relationships.
  • Champion creative and strategic excellence by writing inspiring briefs, shaping shopper-led campaigns, integrating digital where appropriate, and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies, empowering teams to deliver best-in-class work efficiently and collaboratively.
  • Own commercial and financial management, including accurate estimating, invoicing, budget control, forecasting support, and leading fee discussions where scope changes.
  • Act as an agency ambassador, confidently defending creative work, influencing client thinking, and identifying new business and growth opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop teams through effective delegation, coaching, and feedback, setting the standard through example and practice.

The Person | Qualifications

  • We are looking for an exceptional candidate that is excited by delivering world class shopper activity whatever the challenge.
  • A positive, driven, fun individual who will fit with the agency ethos and personality.
  • Experience in BTL or Shopper Marketing roles, with some digital experience and FMCG focus.
  • The ability to lead by example and best practice, being the focal point in motivating the team to work better and smarter.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of information quickly and accurately to see the big picture.
  • Happily manage multiple demanding projects simultaneously.
  • Love being hands on as well as motivating others.
  • Self-starter with a high level of enthusiasm and positivity.
  • Comfortable with high pressure, fluid and ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be genuinely passionate about shoppers and their behaviour, both off and online.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to use key office tools – i.e. email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
