The core objective of this role is to oversee the implementation of the global management curriculum in service of supporting the critical upskilling of first-time line managers at Mars. In this position, you will hold responsibility for ensuring the ongoing deployment and maximization of the impact of the first-time line manager solutions on a global scale.

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive experience in leadership learning facilitation and/or line management experience, and/or P&O (HR) Business partnering.
  • Solid understanding of learning & development, including how skills are built, and programmes are deployed in a large global organisation.
  • Proven ability to facilitate training and group sessions (face-to-face and virtual).
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and navigating competing priorities.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills in complex environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of program deployment, delivery and learner experience aligns with Mars U's standards and objectives.
  • Be an active facilitator and support the onboarding of new facilitators (internal/external) to maintain high-quality program delivery while ensuring rigorous quality control measures are in place.
  • Analyze program data to extract valuable insights on quality and performance, guiding future enhancements, content updates, and deployment strategies.
  • Manage pool of external vendors to ensure the delivery of engaging learning experiences, overseeing all aspects of the RFP and SOW processes, as well as ongoing vendor relationships and quality control.
