Hours: 40 per week, with shifts across 7 days between 6:30am and 11:30pm in line with store opening hours.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by delivering exceptional guest experiences and championing a “guest comes first” culture in a fun, inclusive environment with a “One for All and All for Fun” mentality.
- Lead on the shop floor as MOD, managing guest flow, minimising wait times, ensuring safety, and handling guest and Associate queries.
- Support and coach associates on hospitality, product knowledge, selling, and working closely with merchandisers for stock replenishment.
- Maintain high visual and product standards, ensuring displays are accurate, fully stocked, and aligned with floor plans.
- Bring the brand to life through in-store experiences (e.g., candy wall, sampling, personalisation), while supporting data capture and guest engagement initiatives.
