Mars UK is seeking a People and Operations (P&O) Business Partner, Global M&M'S Ecosystem, to partner with leaders across the UK, Germany, France and China. Based in London, you will deliver people solutions that drive business performance and an exceptional associate experience.

You will shape organisational design, talent development and engagement initiatives for a high-performing retail ecosystem, while upholding integrity and confidentiality in every interaction.
