The role focuses on designing and improving every touchpoint from offer to off-boarding as a product, using data and AI to reduce friction and drive continuous improvement.
You will lead transformation programmes, build change plans, and ensure centre designs land across multiple markets, leveraging employment legislation knowledge for commercial advantage.
