Mars UK is seeking an Internal Audit Associate Director, Digital & Data Analytics. Location is Hybrid, based in Paddington or Chicago, and you will lead the transformation of Internal Audit using data analytics, Celonis, and continuous monitoring to deliver risk insights and improved audit quality.
You will build the Data Analytics Centre of Excellence, partner with IT and business to improve data governance, and mentor a high-performing team while influencing senior leaders across Mars.
