✅ What We’re Looking For
Technical qualifications : Minimum HNC/HND in mechanical engineering or a related field, backed by practical experience
Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments : You know how to troubleshoot and maintain complex mechanical systems. \You excel at Root Cause Analysis and fault finding. \Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, PI Process Book, and SAP Planned Maintenance. \Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance automated, electromechanical systems - from refrigeration systems to meat processing equipment, conveyors, and fluid systems. \Participate in risk assessments and ensure all activities adhere to safety standards (ISO 14000, PTW, Hot Work, etc.).
Develop talent : Help build the next generation of engineers through technical training and coaching.
