Our client has steadily grown over the last 20 years but are going through a period of exciting investment into product development which you could be part of. Having recently launched a new cutting-edge product which is getting rave reviews and orders from customers, they have just moved into a state-of-the-art manufacturing site with amazing offices. The successful Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will need a strong background in mechanical design, ideally within the fields of cryogenics or scientific instrumentation. The successful candidate will take a technical leadership role in the development team, providing guidance and mentorship to engineers, and contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, high-value products. This hands-on role requires expertise in mechanical design, prototyping, and validation, with familiarity in using SolidWorks, SolidWorks EPDM, and SAP Business One (SAP B1).
