This is a field‑based role in a large and varied territory covering Northern England and Scotland. The Digital Services Business Manager (DSBM) will spearhead the growth and adoption of Royal Canin’s digital recommendation services within the veterinary community.
Compensation and Benefits
£39,000 - £40,000 base salary with a bonus up to £15,000 and a company car. Additional benefits include: private healthcare, equal parental leave, generous pension (up to 9% contribution), life assurance (4x salary), EV salary sacrifice scheme, gym membership and wellbeing support, and annual leave starting at 24 days, rising to 32 with service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the digital footprint.
- Drive the recruitment of veterinary clinics to the digital recommendation service and increase platform usage.
- Educate and train veterinary staff on the functionality and benefits of the digital systems.
- Effectively manage a territory of up to 750 accounts, including independent and corporate veterinary clinics, hospitals, and charities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Veterinary Business Managers, Marketing, Key Accounts) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Represent Royal Canin at trade shows, seminars, and conferences.
- Gather and report on market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Proactive and results‑driven individual with a passion for digital technology and the veterinary industry.
- Professional qualification in IT, science, or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience working with digital systems.

The territory spans the Northeast, Yorkshire & the Humber, parts of the Northwest, and Scotland including the Central Belt, Borders, Highlands, and Islands.
