MARS Recruitment is seeking a Protocol Stack Engineer for an Oxford-based, hybrid role focused on next‑gen wireless systems.

You will design, implement and optimise Layer 2/3 components across embedded software, modems and real-time environments to deliver secure, high‑performance communications.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering or CS and strong embedded C/C++ with hands-on modem software experience in cellular, WLAN or SDR contexts.

UK defence exposure preferred.
